‘To Everyone at CNGA,

What an incredible day at the Welsh Pre-Lim Gymnastics Competition — and what an incredible team of girls you have raised and supported!

We just want to say how truly proud and grateful we are for each and every one of the CNGA girls who competed. Their strength, confidence, and team spirit were absolutely inspiring. The way they supported one another, performed with grace, and represented the academy was something very special to witness.

A heartfelt thank you to the amazing coaches and trainers at CNGA — your dedication, guidance, and encouragement shine through in everything the girls do. It’s clear how much passion and care goes into each and every performance.

And of course, we are so incredibly proud of Freya — placing first is such a wonderful achievement and a reflection of all her hard work, focus, and determination. She truly gave it her all, and we couldn’t be happier for her.

Thank you for helping all the girls believe in themselves and for creating such a supportive, empowering space for them to grow and shine.

With love and gratitude, janine 💗x’
