CNGA will host the regional Preparation and Development Grades competition for both South Central and South East area in February. South Central will hold their event on Saturday and Sunday (3/4th February). South East will hold their event on Saturday/Sunday (10/11th February). CNGA has entered 16 gymnasts into the competition and will post the results after the event. Good luck CNGA!

Any gymnast who places in the top 5 of their category, will represent the South East Team at the Grades Finals in Llanelli on the weekend 24th/25th February 2024.

The CNGA Championships will be held at the gym on Saturday and Sunday (16th and 17th March 2024). The children who attend girls beginner classes on a Monday/Wednesday will compete on Saturday 16th March starting at 1pm. The boys beginner group (Friday class) and the boys ‘improver’ group (Tuesday class) will also compete on Saturday 16th March at 1pm.

The girls who attend a Tuesday/Thursday class will compete on Saturday 16th March at 4pm. All our members should receive an email over the next week with more specific details about the event.

The competition squad girls who train Monday/Wednesday/Friday will compete on Sunday 17th March. The girls who are 8 in the year, 9 in the year and 10-11 years will compete at 10am. All girls who are 12 +age category will compete from 1pm. Again, an email will be sent to all competition squad with specific information.

Dress code for the competition – Club leotard for the girls and club leotard and shorts for the boys
